I’ve worked as a recording engineer in numerous capacities. As a live recording engineer, I worked at the Jazz Cafe at the Music Hall in Detroit from 2008-2011, recording people like Mike Stern, Billy Harper, Billy Cobham, James Carter, and Alan Holdsworth.  From 2012-2015, I worked in Studio A at UCSD, recording the graduate students from the Music Department. For the last several months, I’ve worked as the TA for Tom Erbe’s recording/mixing/mastering class for undergrad ICAM students.
