This is the Wrist Light. It is uses a microphone connected to a preamp and envelope detector that I built (see circuit boards).
The envelope detector is connected to a series of LED’s and vibrating motors that correspond to the amplitude of audio in the environment.
The wristband is 3D printed with NinjaFlex filament. The Wrist Light was designed and built with the intention of adding visual and vibro-tactile sensing to audio signals for the hearing impaired.
